Michigan is a great place to treasure hunt. You have 10,000 years of human living to sift through! Plus, you have many sites even before man was here. There are so many things to look for that it would take more than a life time to pursue all of the treasure that is here in this great state. We will be looking at other Great Lakes states also. Like Michigan, the other Great Lakes states are very good for treasure hunting. This site is for people to get together to tell stories, talk about sites they want to work, metal detecting and where to do your researching . I hope this site will become a place that anyone who likes Michigan history can come to and have a good time, and maybe learn something to boot. So have fun, and good treasure hunting
